Custom development
Need more than the plugin can do on its own?
I'm the developer behind Flexa FormFlow. Outside of this plugin I help product owners design and ship custom web systems: online stores, transactional email pipelines, intake and booking flows, built on WordPress and WooCommerce or on a modern headless stack.
Who I am
A WordPress developer who ships
Years of production WordPress plugins, WooCommerce stores and React admin apps. FormFlow is one of them: a drag-and-drop email editor, a form builder, a workflow engine and a WooCommerce email takeover, all in one plugin. This documentation site is another.
Engagements run from a single bug fix to a build measured in months. Every one starts with a short scoping call so I can either quote it with confidence or tell you it is not the right fit. No surprise invoices, and no “final 20%” that stretches into another six weeks.
Services
What I build
Pick the closest match, or describe the problem and I'll tell you which bucket it lands in.
WordPress plugins
Custom plugins from scratch, or extensions on top of WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, LearnDash, MemberPress. Includes a code review against WP.org submission rules.
Transactional email
Order, booking and account emails that render the same in Outlook as in Gmail. Template systems, per-language versions, deliverability setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and a real send log.
Forms, intake and automation
Multi-step forms with conditional logic, file handling, payment steps, spam defence, and the workflow behind them: routing, CRM sync, webhooks, follow-up sequences.
WooCommerce stores
Theme builds, checkout changes, B2B pricing rules, payment and shipping integrations, headless storefronts on Next.js.
React admin dashboards
In-WP admin interfaces (React, TypeScript, Tailwind) over the WP REST API, like the FormFlow builder and email editor.
Rescue and maintenance
Inherit a broken or abandoned site, untangle it, get it back onto supported versions, set up a sane deploy flow, hand it back documented.
Domain experience
Industries I’ve shipped for
Domain knowledge matters as much as code. These are the verticals where I have built enough to know the rough edges before you run into them.
E-commerce
WooCommerce stores, B2B portals, subscriptions, multi-currency, abandoned-cart recovery, post-purchase email programmes.
Healthcare
Patient portals, appointment intake, careful handling of health data, secure document exchange, clinician dashboards.
Booking and scheduling
Multi-resource calendars, room and staff allocation, deposits and refunds, SMS and email reminders, Google Calendar sync.
Not on the list? Get in touch anyway. Most of this work carries across verticals, and if I have never touched yours I will say so.
How I work
From first message to launch
- 1
Discovery call, free, about 30 minutes
We talk the problem through on WhatsApp or Google Meet. I push back on anything that smells wrong before you sign anything.
- 2
Written scope and a fixed quote
You get a one-page scope: what is in, what is out, deliverables, timeline, price. Fixed price for clear work, hourly for ongoing maintenance.
- 3
Build in the open
A weekly demo on a staging URL, and code in your GitHub from day one. You can stop at any milestone and keep everything shipped so far.
- 4
Launch and handover
Deploy, smoke test, documentation, and a 14-day warranty window for anything I missed. Optional retainer afterwards.
What I don’t do
- Page-builder (Elementor, Divi) cosmetic redesigns.
- SEO link building or content writing.
- Projects where the requirements are a chat channel with no single source of truth.
Let’s talk
Get in touch
WhatsApp is the fastest channel, usually a same-day reply during UTC+7 business hours. Lead with a paragraph describing the problem; it does not need to be scoped before you write.
+84 905 648 626
The button opens WhatsApp with a starter message filled in. Edit it freely.
Prefer something other than WhatsApp?
Say so in the first message and we will switch. Email, Telegram, Signal or a scheduled Google Meet all work. WhatsApp is simply where I notice a message first.
